ZeroMiss Reply

Voice Never Misses a Call.
Reply Never Misses a Message.

The AI front desk for your clinic's texts and website chat. It answers from your approved content, finds real openings, books patients in, and lets your team watch live and take over whenever they want.

From a Text to a Booked Patient

The same clinic number handles both: calls go to the ZeroMiss voice receptionist, texts go to Reply.

1

A patient texts, or taps "Text us"

On your clinic number or your website. Reply answers in seconds with a private link that works once and expires in 24 hours. Nothing sensitive travels by SMS.

2

A secure chat answers properly

Prices, services, hours, parking, direct billing: answered from the content your clinic approved, with the source shown. It remembers the whole conversation, so the patient never repeats themselves.

3

Real openings, then a booking

It checks your actual schedule and offers times. On Juno, the patient confirms and the appointment is written to your EMR. On Jane, the patient lands on that exact time in your Jane booking page.

4

Your team stays in charge

Every conversation is in your dashboard as it happens. Staff can step in and take over at any point, and the patient sees one continuous chat.

Why Not Just Chat by SMS?

Text messages are convenient, but they aren't private: they sit unencrypted on carrier systems and stay on the phone forever. That's fine for "we're open until 7", and not fine for a date of birth.

So Reply uses the text as a doorway. The patient taps a link and keeps going in an encrypted chat built for health information. If they text again before opening it, the messages wait in that chat and get answered there.

More on the secure link

Single-use link, 24-hour expiry, never carried in a URL a server logs

A phone number alone never reopens a chat or reveals history

The chat closes after 30 idle minutes; End chat wipes the secure fields

Clinic emails say "open the dashboard", never the patient's details

Built Like a Front Desk, Not a Chatbot

The rules that keep it accurate are enforced in code, not in the AI's instructions, and it's tested against scripted patient conversations, including people trying to trick it.

Grounded answers with sources

Answers come from a knowledge base compiled from your website and the policies you approve, and each one cites where it came from. No source, no answer: it offers your team instead.

An availability engine, not a guess

Shifts minus booked appointments minus buffers. If the day asked for is full, it searches ahead and across practitioners who offer the same service, so a busy clinic never hears "nothing open".

Identity never reaches the AI

Name and date of birth go into secure form fields, sealed with your clinic's own encryption key. The EMR match happens on the server, and a stranger and a wrong date of birth get the same answer.

Writes only on a real Confirm

The AI can offer times but can't book by itself. A booking is written only when the patient taps a server-issued Confirm card for a time the system actually offered.

Kept 30 days, every view logged

Chats delete automatically after 30 days, secure fields and links after 24 hours. Every time a person opens patient information, it's recorded in an access log your owner can export.

Hosted in Montréal

Patient data is stored in Canada. Staff sign in with a password plus an emailed code, and sessions end after 30 idle minutes.

Works the Way Your Scheduling Works

Juno EMR and OSCAR

Juno exposes a REST API that a clinic can authorize. Reply books, moves and cancels appointments directly in your schedule, after matching the patient by name and date of birth and getting their Confirm.

How the Juno connection works

Jane App

Jane doesn't give vendors an open booking API, and we don't pretend otherwise. Reply finds the openings your public Jane booking page shows and sends the patient straight to that time to book in Jane.

Questions Clinics Ask

What is ZeroMiss Reply?

ZeroMiss Reply is the text side of ZeroMiss: an AI front desk for a clinic's text messages and website chat. It answers from the clinic's approved content, checks real availability, and gets patients booked, and the clinic's staff can watch any conversation live and take over.

Does it chat with patients over SMS?

No. Text messages aren't a private channel, so when a patient texts the clinic, Reply answers with a private, single-use link (valid 24 hours) and the conversation continues in an encrypted web chat. No health details are sent or requested by SMS.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. For clinics on Juno EMR (or OSCAR), it books directly into the EMR schedule after the patient picks an offered time and taps Confirm. For Jane App clinics, it finds the openings and sends the patient straight to that time on the clinic's own Jane booking page, because Jane doesn't give vendors an open booking API.

Does the AI see patient names and birth dates?

No. Name and date of birth are typed into secure fields that go straight to the server, are encrypted with the clinic's own key, and are used only to match the patient in the EMR. The AI model is told only whether the patient is new or existing.

Can it give medical advice?

No. It answers administrative questions from the clinic's approved content (services, prices, hours, policies) with the source, and hands clinical or urgent questions to the clinic's team.

Does it work with ZeroMiss Voice?

Yes. A clinic's one number handles both: calls go to the voice receptionist and texts go to Reply. When a caller needs to share identity details or confirm a booking, the voice agent texts the same kind of secure link, so the call and the chat end in one place.

Every Message Answered Properly

We set Reply up on your clinic's content and schedule in test mode first, so you can try it before a single patient does.
